How to get e-books from Herrick
Memorial Library.
Did you know you can download e-books and audiobooks with your library card? If you have a library card with a valid password or pin (i.e. if you are able to log in to your library account on our website with your existing card) then you can use that card to access our downloadable media. Whenever entering your card number online make sure you do not add any spaces that may be shown between the numbers printed on the back of your library card, enter the numbers (34010…) as one continuous number sequence.
If you don’t
have a library card, or if you have one but never setup a password/pin, you can
get a free digital card which can be used to download media.
You can
download materials to a PC, tablet, or smartphone with the Libby app (or with
Amazon Kindle devices or the Kindle App), or you can simply read materials in
your browser.
